Management Industrial Trainee:
Candidates should have passed ICWA Inter / CA Inter.
- Candidates who have acquired or pursuing higher qualifications are not eligible.
- Candidates who do not possess an ICWA Inter pass/ CA Inter pass certificate are not eligible.
Tenure: The initial tenure of the training shall be One year. However, an extension of one more year may be considered after reviewing the performance of the candidate. The tenure of the MIT including its extension shall be a maximum of Three years
Age Limit(As on 30 October 2023): Maximum age limit 25 years
Age Relaxation: The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and 10 years for PWBD candidate

Selection process of BEL Recruitment:
- Candidates who meet the qualifying criteria and whose online applications have been accepted will be provisionally shortlisted for the computer-based test.
- Based on the performance in the computer-based test, candidates will be provisionally shortlisted for interview.
- Selection will be based on the performance of the candidate in both the computer-based test and interview.
- The results of the selection will be available on the BEL website through query mode.

- Candidates belonging to GEN/EWS/OBC (NCL) category are required to pay an application fee of Rs 1000/- + GST, i.e. Rs. 1180/-
