RCFL – Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd is a public sector company owned by India’s government chemical and fertilizer ministry.RCF is the fourth-largest producer of fertilizers in India. They have a Trombay unit and a Thal unit to produce the Mumbai fertilizer and process chemical factory. Corporate social responsibility is farmers’ meetings, soil testing day, micronutrient analysis, etc., to help the farmers and improve soil fertility.

Educational Qualifications: 

Officer (Finance) E1 Grade: 

• CA/CMA  OR
• Regular and Full-Time graduation degree in commerce, accounting/ Finance discipline (B. Com, BMS, BAF, BBA) from UGC/AICTE recognized University/Institution.  AND
• Two years regular and full-time Post-Graduation degree of (MBA) Master of Business Administration/(MMS) Master of Management Studies/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (equivalent to MBA)/Post Graduate Diploma in Management (equivalent to MBA) or equivalent Master’s Degree with a specialisation in Finance from UGC/AICTE recognized University/ Institution.
• M. Com. Qualification will not be considered.

Minimum Percentage:

• No percentage criteria for CA / CMA.
• Minimum 60% in Final Year/aggregate of Last Two Semesters of qualifying Post-graduation degree i.e. final year of MBA/MMS/PGDM/PGDBM or other equivalent post-graduate degree in Finance. (55% for ST category candidates).
• Wherever CGPA/OGPA grade is awarded In a Degree, the candidate will have to obtain an equivalent percentage of marks from the concerned University/ Institute and mention the percentage in the Application.

Post Qualification Experience:

• Minimum 2 years post qualification experience in executive cadre dealing with Accounting and financial matters, including Auditing/ budgeting/taxation.
• The period of training /internship/article ship will not be counted in the requisite experience period as of 01.07.2024.
• The experience should be after acquiring the minimum prescribed qualification. Knowledge In the SAP FICO module is desirable.

Age Limit (As on 01 July 2024):

• For Unreserved Category: 34 years
• For ST Category: 39 years
• For OBC Category: 37 years

  • ST: 49 years
  • OBC: 47 years
  • UR: 44 years

Age Relaxation: 

• Relaxation in age will be allowed up to 05 (five) years for ST and 03 (three) years for OBC (NCL) candidates considered against reserved posts.
• “UR” PwBD candidates will be allowed age relaxation up to 10 years, up to 15 years for ST and up to 13 years for OBC (NCL) candidates if considered against reserved posts.

RCFL Salary Details: 

• Candidate will be selected in E1 Grade in the scale of pay of Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000.
• The minimum Total Monthly Gross emoluments would include Basic Pay +VDA (44.8%)+Perks (34%)+HRA (27%) and other allowances which works out to Rs. 82,000/- approximately.

Selection Process of RCFL Career:

• The mode of Selection shall be a Personal Interview for all eligible candidates.

Personal Interview:

• All Eligible candidates will be provisionally called for personal interviews.
• Interview call letters in respect of such eligible & provisionally shortlisted candidates will be intimated for the same through email on their e-mail address as mentioned in their online application form.
•  It may be noted that the scrutiny of documents required to ascertain the eligibility criteria will be done before Personal Interview only.

Final Selection:

• Separate merit list will be drawn for UR/ST/OBC candidates concerning the number of available vacancies for each category.
• A merit list of suitable candidates shall be prepared based on performance in the personal interview, with the following weightages:

• Candidates are required to qualify in the Personal Interview with a minimum average of 50% marks in the interview.
• If the total marks (up to two decimals) of two or more candidates after the personal interview are the same,
  • The percentage of marks in the qualifying examination would be considered for drawing up the merit list.
  • In case the percentage of marks (up to two decimals) is also equal in the qualifying examination, the date of birth of the candidates will be considered for preparing the merit list i.e. the candidate born earlier will be considered as senior in the merit list

RCFL Recruitment 2024 for Junior Fireman: (Expired)

Detailed Eligibility – RCFL Careers:

Educational Qualifications: 

Junior Fireman (Grade – II) (A3): 

• SSC with 6 months’ full-time fireman certificate course from State Fire Training Center, Govt. Institute (SFTC)/recognized by the Government of India.
• Distance learning / Correspondence/Part-time courses will not be acceptable.
• The candidate shall possess a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving License.
• A learner license will not be acceptable.

Experience:

• Minimum of one year of experience in ‘Industrial Firefighting’.  Experience should be after acquiring above prescribed qualification.
• The period of training, including apprentice training, will not be considered experience.

Age Limit ( As on 01 June 2024):

• For Unreserved/EWS Category: 29 years
• For SC / ST Category: 34 years
• For OBC Category: 32 years
• Additional Concession for Ex-SM/Children/family members of the victims of 1984 riots: 5 years

Age Relaxation: Age Relaxation age limit of 05 (5) years for ExSM and Commissioned Officers (including ECOs/SSCOs) will be subject to rendering a minimum of 05 years of military service and fulfilment of other conditions as per the Government of India guidelines.

Selection Process of RCFL Career:

• The selection process for Junior Fireman Grade II (Grade – A3) comprises an Online Test and a Trade Test.

Online Test:

• Eligible candidates will be required to appear for a computer-based online objective-type test, information for which will be provided in the Admit card.
• The online test will be conducted at the centres in the cities of Mumbai and Nagpur.
• The medium of the Test will be in Marathi, Rajbhasha (Hindi) and English.
• The examination will be conducted online in venues given in the respective call letters.
• The online test will have two parts, Discipline related and Aptitude related.
• The duration of the test will be ninety (90) minutes.
• The total number of questions will be 100, out of which 50 would be from a mix of course curriculum of qualifying degree /relevant qualification of relevant discipline of two marks each and 50 questions from General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning & General Knowledge/Awareness of one mark each.
• There will be negative markings for wrong answers.
• The exact date of the online test shall be communicated to the candidates through the admit card to be downloaded from RCF Ltd website

Trade Test:

• Based on the performance of the candidates in the online test, eligible candidates will be provisionally called for a trade test tentatively in the ratio of 1:2 i.e. 2 eligible candidates for 1 post
• This ratio will continue till the vacancies advertised are filled or list of candidates is exhausted or one year from the last date of first cycle of the trade test whichever is earlier.
• The Trade test will be conducted accordingly.
• Trade test will be of a qualifying nature which will be conducted after an online test on a suitable earliest date.
• Call letters for Trade Test in respect of such eligible & provisionally shortlisted candidates will be uploaded on the RCF Ltd website
• The documents of the candidates will be verified before appearing for the Trade Test
• Trade Test/Physical Endurance for the post of Junior Firemen Gr II: The Trade Test will include a physical endurance test, driving test and physical fitness test
