Position Overview:
The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s international hiring strategy and supporting our global workforce. This position focuses on full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities:

1. International Recruitment & Strategy:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple regions, ensuring the best talent is hired.

  • Collaborate with department leads to identify talent needs and build future pipelines.
  • Ensure compliance with international hiring laws and best practices.
  • Identify areas for recruitment process improvement and implement innovative solutions.

2. Employer Branding:

  • Contribute to strategies that position Tom Horn Gaming as an employer of choice in the iGaming industry.
  • Manage external recruitment platforms and social media for increased visibility.
  • Partner with marketing to craft engaging job descriptions and recruitment campaigns.

3. Communication & Employee Engagement:

  • Facilitate internal communication between HR and other departments to maintain transparency.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and promote a positive, inclusive work culture.

4. Learning & Development:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of learning programs for both new and existing employees.
  • Support continuous professional development for remote teams.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of HR or recruitment experience, ideally in the iGaming or tech industry.
  • Proven expertise in international hiring and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of employer branding, recruitment marketing, and HR communication processes.
  • Experience designing workflows and recruitment strategies for remote teams.
  • Familiarity with learning and development programs, along with employee engagement initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is required).
  • Ability to work independently with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience using HR systems and recruitment tools.
