Core Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Test Design and Execution: Develop and execute detailed test plans to ensure software quality.
- Requirement Definition : Define test requirements based on product specifications.
- Testing Strategy Proposal : Propose and implement various types of tests according to different area requirements.
Essential Qualifications
- QA Expertise : Extensive knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Test Automation : Proven experience with test automation.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in AWS, Python, Selenium, and functional testing.
- Test Case Creation : Ability to write clear and comprehensive test cases.
- Agile/Scrum Experience : Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Attention to Detail : Strong focus on accuracy and precision.
- Remote Collaboration : Comfortable working with multiple remote teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- SaaS Experience : Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and B2B models.
- Additional Tools and Skills : Knowledge of Testrail, Testlink, Postman, GIT, and JavaScript.
- Language Skills : Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Startup Experience : Previous experience in startup environments is a plus.
