We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales and Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives, connecting Laila with parents, educators, and schools across the United States and Canada.


Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Execution

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.

Market Research

Identify emerging trends, customer needs, and market opportunities in the US and Canadian markets.

Partnership Development

Establish and nurture relationships with schools, educational organizations, and influencers in the parenting and education space.

Customer Engagement

Interact with key audiences, including parents and teachers, to understand their requirements and communicate Laila’s unique value.

Lead Generation and Conversion

Source and qualify leads, converting them into satisfied, long-term customers.

Collaboration

Partner with marketing, product, and tech teams to ensure sales efforts align with company objectives.

Performance Monitoring

Track and report sales metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.


Qualifications

Experience

Minimum 3 years in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably within the tech or SaaS sectors.

Proven Success

A track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals and growing customer bases.

Communication Skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, including strong presentation skills.

Relationship Management

Adept at fostering trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders.

Startup Mindset

Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and is comfortable taking on diverse responsibilities.

Tech Proficiency

Familiarity with SaaS products and a keen interest in technology, education, or AI.

Problem-Solving Ability

Strong analytical skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Location

Must reside in the US or Canada and be authorized to work in these countries.
