Role Overview

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you’ll be the bridge between technology and business value, acting as a trusted advisor for clients. You’ll collaborate with customers to deliver tailored solutions, create compelling product demonstrations, and drive measurable outcomes aligned with their goals. This role focuses on articulating Proof’s value, analyzing business processes, and showcasing ROI, ultimately driving client success and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Solution Alignment & Storytelling:

Understand customer challenges, technical needs, and goals.

Translate technical features into business value through engaging presentations, workshops, and roadmap discussions.

Build credibility as a subject matter expert on Proof’s solutions and industry trends.

  1. Business Value Assessment:

Conduct discovery sessions to identify business priorities and benchmarks.

Create tailored business value assessments and ROI analyses to showcase measurable outcomes.

Present recommendations and align solutions with customer objectives.

  1. Pre-Sales Support:

Partner with the sales team to identify opportunities and provide technical expertise during sales cycles.

Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs), solution designs, and technical architecture documents.

Assist in drafting Statements of Work (SOWs) and managing RFx/Proposal responses.

  1. Technical Expertise:

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of system integration methods (web services, REST APIs, webhooks).

Deliver impactful software demonstrations, both in-person and virtually.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and competitive landscapes.

  1. Collaboration & Leadership:

Communicate customer feedback to internal teams for product improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to align strategies.

Represent Proof at industry events and assist in training sales teams on product features.

What You’ll Bring:

12+ years of relevant experience with 5+ years in a technical pre-sales role.

Proven success in selling enterprise-level software.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Expertise in system integration methods (web services, REST APIs, webhooks).

Strong ability to deliver compelling software demonstrations and presentations.

Preferred Qualifications:

7+ years in a technical pre-sales role for enterprise software solutions.

Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
